My love for baklava began when I was just 13 years old. My very first job was at a Greek restaurant, where I had the opportunity to make many different pastries. But when it came to baklava, only two women were trusted with the honor of making it.
For five years, I watched, listened, learned, and absorbed everything I could from them. I never imagined that the knowledge I gathered during those years would one day become the foundation of my own business.
Fast forward many years later, when my sister suggested that I make baklava to add to our family’s Christmas cookie collection. That one suggestion brought those early memories back to life—and before I knew it, the business was born!
Today, I combine the traditional techniques and appreciation for baklava that I learned years ago with my own creativity and love for unique flavors. Every batch is handcrafted with care, inspired by tradition, and made to bring a little extra sweetness and joy to every occasion.
What began as a first job, a few treasured lessons, and a Christmas tradition has grown into something I’m incredibly proud to share. Thank you for supporting my small business and becoming part of this sweet journey!
